Finance & Admin Manager (m/f/d)

Our mission is to reduce energy consumption in commercial buildings by >30%. We support real estate’s energy and CO2 transition with a cutting-edge energy autopilot technology. We control large-scale energy and HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) systems and optimize energy in tens of buildings with a unique predictive thermal modeling solution. We make ESG more than vain words with tangible results in GWh and tons of CO2 saved.

What you will do

• Accurately record and process financial transactions, ensuring precision and compliance.
• Perform monthly reconciliations, prepare summary reports, and identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Take ownership of the accounts payable and receivable processes, including preparing invoices, monitoring payments, and managing supplier relationships.
• Maintain well-organized documentation, ensuring readiness for audits and compliance checks.
• Act as a key point of contact for tax advisors and authorities, ensuring smooth communication and compliance with regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• Completed degree, ideally in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• Practical experience in finance or accounting, with a solid understanding of accounting principles; any experience with accounting software is highly valued.
• Strong attention to detail combined with excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle tasks with discretion and confidentiality.
• Native-level German proficiency and fluency in English.
• Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to contribute effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
