The Role: How you'll make an impact at Personio

This position can be office-based (hybrid) in Germany, Spain, Ireland, the Netherlands, or the UK.

As a Program Manager within the Customer Experience Strategy & Operations (CXSO) team, you will develop, organize, and coordinate interconnected projects to improve customer experience from the post-sales perspective.

You will own a program from a pipeline of priorities, craft situation analyses, develop operational plans, create and manage KPIs, and oversee all program activities.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Responsible for strategic and operational enablement related to your programs, including project planning, deadline and budget management, change and risk management, designing process flows, and managing stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate internal and external teams to execute projects.
  • Implement, measure, and refine program elements cross-functionally.
  • Develop metrics to evaluate impact and success.
  • Conduct regular data analysis and reporting to track KPIs.
  • Share findings with CX leadership and stakeholders.
  • Establish yourself as a data-driven customer advocate.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • A degree in Business Information, Business Administration, Program Management, Informatics, or a related field, preferably with a technical or data focus.
  • At least 5 years of relevant data analysis or program management experience, ideally in B2B/SaaS environments.
  • Team player with assertiveness, resilience, and motivation.
  • High standards for quality and proactive communication of issues.
  • Logical, analytical thinking with high data quality standards.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for diverse stakeholders.
