  • Assist in the development and implementation of sustainability strategies and programs
  • Support in developing and implementing processes for compliance with the LkSG (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtgesetz)
  • Monitor and analyze ESG-related performance indicators
  • Maintain and enhance data management systems for sustainability data
  • Perform detailed analyses and generate reports to assess sustainability performance
  • Assist in the preparation of reports in the area of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), following international standards and guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for data collection and verification
  • Conduct risk assessments and evaluations regarding human rights and environmental standards in the supply chain

Qualifications:

  • Completed university studies, ideally in the field of freight forwarding and logistics or sustainability management
  • Ideally, experience in sustainability reporting, at best according to CSRD or GRI
  • Communicative personality, high degree of initiative and independence
  • Confident use of common office applications
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic about sustainability topics
  • Basic knowledge of integrated management systems
  • Very good written and spoken English
