DevOps Engineer

Location : Germany or Remote within the EU

Full-time | Reporting to : Chief Technology Officer

Are you passionate about modern DevOps practices, AI infrastructure, and building smart, automated systems? Our SMB ERP Solutions Vendor client is looking for a DevOps Engineer to support ERP and Business Software development teams, create best practices, and help build the future of infrastructure, automation, and AI tooling.

What You'll Be Doing

Design and optimize CI / CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)

Implement Infrastructure-as-Code and manage cloud systems (Azure, AWS)

Set up and maintain infrastructure for AI model development and integration

Create internal tools and systems to support AI workflows

Build and maintain KPI dashboards (Grafana, Power BI)

Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems

Provide expert guidance on architecture, scalability, and automation

What We’re Looking For

Technical Skills

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Strong background in CI / CD, cloud platforms, and infrastructure automation
• Hands-on experience with Docker, scripting (Python / Bash), and IaC
• Familiarity with AI model deployment and integration
• Experience with monitoring and dashboarding tools (e.g. Grafana, Power BI)
• Skilled with Git, Azure DevOps, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)

Soft Skills

• Analytical, solutions-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and teamwork across cross-functional teams
• Self-driven with attention to detail and quality
• Comfortable working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)

Languages

Fluent German and strong English skills (both required)
