Senior Project Manager

Construction Project Manager – Civil Engineering / Architecture | Düsseldorf

This position focuses on the planning and execution of large-scale CAPEX, refurbishment, and tenant fit-out projects within complex commercial real estate portfolio.

The environment is defined by high standards, long-term asset value creation, and a strong focus on Bauen im Bestand. Projects typically involve active buildings in prime urban locations, requiring coordination between internal stakeholders, planning teams, and external contractors to ensure seamless delivery.

Core responsibilities:

• Oversee CAPEX measures, tenant improvements, and refurbishment projects
• Manage timelines, budgets, quality assurance, and project handovers
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as lead interface with stakeholders
• Deliver construction solutions within active, operational assets (Bauen im Bestand)
• Ensure regulatory compliance and technical due diligence throughout

Key requirements:

• Degree in civil engineering, architecture, or related technical field
• Several years of project management experience in the German construction / real estate sector
• Strong understanding of construction processes and cost control
• Native-level German and professional English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to travel
