As a long-standing specialist and personnel provider for the aerospace industry and in partnership with AIRBUS Defence and Space, SimpleXX GmbH is seeking an A400 Systems Engineer (m/w/d) for the Bremen location, with the possibility of permanent employment after a temporary assignment. You will be responsible for validating customer specifications regarding systems and devices, creating updates, and more. Responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting the validation of customer specifications for systems and devices
  2. Creating updates for system specifications, including validation against higher-level specifications
  3. Defining system functions and interfaces with internal and external partners for verification, validation, and integration into aircraft systems
  4. Developing test procedures, including preparation, execution, and analysis for system and subsystem functions, such as flight, ground, and laboratory tests
  5. Analyzing results and preparing test reports and summaries
  6. Managing and overseeing system suppliers for hardware and software
  7. Conducting problem analysis and resolution or forwarding to relevant internal stakeholders
  8. Managing problem reports, analyzing functional and operational limitations, and validating mitigations
  9. Coordinating with system development, flight test, and certification authorities

Qualifications:

  1. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
  2. Experience in electrical/electronic engineering, development, and system engineering
  3. Knowledge of project management, risk management, and requirement-based engineering
  4. Willingness to travel approximately twice a year to Spain
  5. Proficient German and business-fluent English skills
  6. Tools: MS Office, SAP, DOORS, MATLAB, Google Workspace, JIRA (preferable)
