  • Independently analyze, describe and evaluate processes and procedures along the entire value chain

  • Plan, evaluate, prioritize, coordinate, organize and implement systematic measures and lean projects with the departments involved
  • Plan and carry out lean workshops with a focus on results
  • Advise and train specialist departments within production
  • Constantly update and expand basic knowledge for the implementation of lean-oriented measures and use this knowledge in a targeted manner in the daily execution of tasks
  • Implement standards and ensure compliance with them

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, industrial engineering or an equivalent field of study. Alternatively, technical training with corresponding technician/master craftsman training and several years of experience in the production environment either with production control/responsibility tasks or in industrial engineering
  • Mastery and confident handling of the contents of the common lean and optimization toolboxes
  • Several years of professional experience in the lean environment desirable
  • Differentiated, level-specific communication skills
  • Holistic entrepreneurial thinking
  • Willingness to shape and change
  • Convincing personality with high creativity, ability to work in a team, flexibility, agility
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
