“I am seeking a highly experienced individual to be my close sparring partner in one of our key growth markets in Europe. You will lead Talent Acquisition in Germany and potentially other Northern European regions, working closely with myself, our business teams, and the wider International TA group. This standalone role offers significant responsibility and opportunities for professional development.”
You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders, cultivating strong relationships and aligning recruitment strategies with our organizational growth goals.

Additional experience recruiting across the Nordic region is an advantage – as well as a background in insurance, brokerage, or consultancy sectors.
