Sustainability & Climate Risk Analyst (w/m/d)

Position Overview

As a Sustainability & Climate Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing and assessing climate risks for the company and its locations.
  • Developing strategies to mitigate risks and support sustainable transformation of production processes.
  • Implementing and monitoring measures to comply with EU-Taxonomy and CSRD requirements.
  • Creating tools and methods to measure and improve the company's environmental performance.
  • Supporting sites in adopting sustainable technologies and processes.
  • Preparing sustainability reports and presenting analysis results to management.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Environmental Sciences, Sustainability Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of climate risk management, environmental analysis, and sustainable business strategies.
  • Experience with analytical methods for evaluating climate risks and ecological impacts.
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks like CSRD, EU-Taxonomy, and ESG criteria.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and communicate findings clearly.
  • Technical understanding of sustainable production processes and environmental technologies.
  • Self-directed, structured work approach with strong problem-solving skills.
