Your role

• Manage the entire recruiting process from job posting to onboarding.
• Collaborate with departments to develop targeted recruiting strategies.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance our recruiting efforts, including university marketing and active sourcing.
• Organize and participate in university events, career fairs, and internal events.
• Lead projects related to employer branding, HR technology, and digital processes.
• Help maintain GvW's visibility, attractiveness, and modernity.

Qualifications

• Completed studies or commercial training, preferably with HR focus (e.g., personnel management, economic psychology).
• Experience in talent acquisition through internships or student jobs is desirable.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, team-oriented mindset.
• Genuine interest in discovering talent and modern HR tools is a plus.
