What you will do:

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat & email
• Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and promptly
• Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing major brands
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with partners and show empathy at all times
• Work towards reaching targets set by the client and internal goals

What you will bring:

• Fluency in German
• Very good communication skills in English
• Exceptional communication & soft skills, along with problem-solving abilities
• Computer literacy / tech-savviness
• Resourcefulness and ability to multitask
