What You'll Do

As a Sales Development Executive, you will work within a team of Digital Sales Development Specialists and digital-native talents. Your role involves supporting sales activities related to event invitations, prospecting, and maintaining data integrity. You will leverage your communication skills to handle customer contacts via phone, identify potential attendees and leads, nurture relationships, and perform data cleaning to keep our databases accurate. This role offers a great opportunity to develop skills and build a network in digital software sales.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategies to generate leads through outbound campaigns.
  2. Build and sustain relationships with prospective clients through effective communication.
  3. Perform data cleaning and validation to ensure database accuracy.
  4. Engage with prospects to generate new contacts in digital roles.
  5. Coordinate with teams to align campaigns with targeted events.
  6. Identify and resolve data discrepancies and duplicates.
  7. Collaborate across departments to maintain data standards.
  8. Document data cleaning processes and outcomes.

What You Bring

  • Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Some experience in telephone communication with customers or clients.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in data management and cleaning processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks professionally under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn, and data cleaning tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in German and English (C1/C2 level).
