Flight Instructor (f/m/d) - Permanent Position

Role and Responsibilities

The Flight Instructor performs ground and flight instruction and collaborates with an international team to ensure the timely delivery of the training program, adherence to safety standards, and high-quality professional training.

• Perform flight training for students in both airplanes and simulators, including necessary pre- and post-flight briefings.
• Complete training records and grading within an appropriate system.
• Participate in training reviews and standardization meetings as required.
• Perform duties as a Theoretical Knowledge Instructor as required.

Your profile:

• Degree from specialized trade or technical school.
• Profound job-related experience, preferably as a Flight Instructor or Flight Examiner.
• Teaching experience within a large, professional flight academy.
• Preferably military aviation background.
• Excellent English skills.
• Must hold the following licenses:

• EASA Part-MED license with first class privileges.
• EASA Commercial Pilot License CPL (A) with valid MEP (Land) and associated Instrument Rating (IR).
• EASA PBN approval.
• EASA Flight Instructor FI (A) rating with at least MEP/IR and Night extensions.

The ideal candidate has logged a minimum of:

• TTL 1500 flight hours.
• IFR: 500 hours (excluding simulator).
• ME: 500 hours, with at least 250 hours on MEP (Land) airplanes.

• FI(I): Flight Instructor Instructor.
• Ability to obtain a (German) secret security clearance (ZÜP).
