• Manage IT implementation subprojects independently, gaining hands-on project management experience
• Use your communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and refine requirements
• Analyze and design business IT processes and automation to improve efficiency and productivity
• Develop feasibility, risk, and ROI analyses for strategic decision-making
• Prepare and deliver workshops and presentations for clients
• Evaluate IT architectures and develop strategies to optimize systems and operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, business administration, business informatics, or a related field
• Fast comprehension, analytical mindset, and high commitment
• Teamplayer with a passion for challenging tasks and problem solving
• Fluency (C1) in English and German is required
• Responsibility from day one, with challenging tasks beyond routine duties
• Steep learning curve with comprehensive onboarding to empower independent work
• Competitive compensation: €50,000 - €61,000 gross per year
