We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Digital Partner Manager (f/m/d) to join our Digital Team on 1st June 2025. You'll cultivate strong relationships with international digital pure players and internal stakeholders to drive growth and boost consumer conversion.

What you can expect:

• Build and maintain relationships with international digital pure players and internal stakeholders to drive growth and consumer conversion
• Develop mobile-first account strategies and collaborate with the Controlling Team for data-driven decisions
• Align with partners' management through quarterly business reviews to meet company targets
• Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring stakeholder alignment with the account strategy
• Collaborate with the Key Account Manager for digital-focused assortments and data-driven product creation
• Update business plans, prepare negotiations, and manage budgets with the Controlling department

Your profile:

• Digital mindset with 4-6 years of senior management experience in a digital environment; proficiency in P&L analysis
• Strong negotiation skills backed by data and insights with proven strategic and analytical thinking
• Ability to build relationships effortlessly, with strong commercial acumen and impactful communication at all levels
• Proficiency in English is required, with German being a plus
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
