The Role
EU Customer Fulfilment (CF) Process Engineers team is a group of operational leaders driving process standardization and continuous improvement for the EU Customer Fulfillment Network. This team captures best practices from top-performing sites, validates them as new standards, accelerates technological advancements, and enhances process knowledge among operational leaders across the FC network. EU CF Process Experts (PE) ensure operations teams are equipped with the necessary expertise to implement technology and process improvements, focusing on process control to minimize variation and improve performance. They work on improving input metrics for process paths by coordinating among various teams such as Process System Engineering (PSE), ACES, Central Ops, Launch teams, Operations Engineering, RME, and others.

Key job responsibilities

1. Process Path Ownership and Excellence
   Serve as the subject matter expert for process paths across the EU region, defining and implementing standardized operating procedures, reviewing and validating best practices, and overseeing their rollout. Act as the primary contact for the ACES project rollout in the EU to ensure seamless execution.
2. Project Management and Optimization
   Manage internal PE initiatives and programs, providing support and troubleshooting for site PEs, regional managers, and senior managers. Support operational efforts like LEEP, PCC, and shift execution both remotely and on-site.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
   Act as the main PE contact for central functions like Central Ops and RME. Contribute to Kaikaku events, generate PE OP1 project intake, and work closely with the global Business Management team to establish and scale process standards worldwide.

About the team

The EU Process Excellence Team consists of Process Engineers across Europe, part of the Ops team. Our mission is to eliminate process variation across Fulfillment Centers, promote best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving. We believe every defect is an opportunity to raise standards daily.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited institution
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (C1 level)
• Experience in Industrial Engineering, Business Process Engineering, Quality, Operations, or Logistics
• Strong experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in German
• Experience in multi-country or cross-regional CI environments
• Knowledge of change management and continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to interpret and communicate analytics effectively to senior leadership
• Excellent communication and detail-oriented skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
