Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Lead to join our team in Bomlitz, Germany. The successful candidate will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and IT assistance to end users. This role requires someone with strong technical skills and a customer-focused approach.

Job Description:

• Ensure currency on new technologies and platforms
• Set roadmap to ensure IT capabilities respond to enterprise’s digital business strategy
• Experience leading a local team in a global enterprise
• Ensuring IT priorities align to Business needs
• Ownership to drive all technology operational and strategical capabilities
• Manages infrastructure planning, IT procurement and systems operation
• Create and follow-up on business cases for IT investments
• Experience with implementing and managing ERP, preferably Microsoft Business Central / Dynamics
