Implementation Consultant / Solution Expert (Fintech SaaS)

Remote (Germany or Austria) | Fluent in English & German

We’re supporting a high-growth European software company that is modernizing how financial institutions handle lending. Their white-label SaaS platform helps banks and lenders automate the manual and paper-heavy parts of customer onboarding and credit decisioning — improving both speed and customer experience.

To support continued growth in the DACH region, they’re looking for a client-facing implementation consultant or solution expert to join the team. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients (typically mid-sized and large banks) during the rollout phase — gathering requirements, running functional workshops, translating needs into specs, and supporting the internal product and engineering teams to deliver successful outcomes.

The role is remote, but candidates must be based in Germany or Austria. You can visit the office in Vienna as often as you like but this is not mandatory. You must speak- and write fluently in German and English plus open for traveling to clients or your team twice a month.

Your Role at a Glance :

• Own the functional side of new client implementations
• Run discovery sessions and guide stakeholders through onboarding
• Turn business needs into well-structured documentation and user stories
• Work with technical teams to ensure configuration meets client expectations
• Advise on process optimization and platform best practices
• Ensure smooth handover into live support and long-term success

You’re likely a great match if you have :

• 3+ years' experience in solution specialist, functional consultant, implementation consultant, solution analysis, business analysis or related roles
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Technical fluency — no coding required, but you understand APIs and integrations
• Fluent German and English communication (speak & write)
• Based in DACH, with the flexibility to travel regularly to clients
