Job Overview

We are seeking a talented planning professional who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with key figures, and can oversee sales performance and pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Budget Planning and Strategic Sales Management: Develop budgets, optimize pricing, quantities, and margins, and ensure sales channels are effectively configured.
2. Pricing Adjustments & Volume Management: Implement measures to execute price changes, volume controls, and margin improvements efficiently.
3. CRM/ERP/Reporting: As a key user of our internal reporting system (QlikView), initiate SAP adjustments, validate data, and train the sales team.
4. Account Planning: Maintain and update account plans for forecasts, budgets, and medium-term planning.
5. Commercial Excellence: Drive the development of our CRM system, support sales leadership with analyses, and define clear action plans and reports.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Economics or a comparable qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales controlling or revenue development.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and SAP experience at the key-user level.
• Knowledge of QlikView programming is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Self-reliant, analytical, goal-oriented, with strong communication skills.
