Responsibilities

  • Serve as the on-site representative in New Delhi for several airlines, supporting entry-into-service activities.
  • Provide consulting on technical in-service matters, including warranty analysis, corrective actions, scheduling cabin maintenance, and seat trainings.
  • Manage AOG services and support the customer service sales process through technical clarification and potential improvements.
  • Coordinate customer meetings, including management level and operational meetings, and liaise with MRO services.
  • Conduct warranty analysis, support immediate actions, and coordinate with the MTS/CA team.
  • Maintain regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Oversee seat maintenance via minor repairs or implementing SBs.

Qualifications

  • Technical university degree (e.g., industrial or mechanical engineering) or comparable qualification with relevant work experience.
  • Strong commercial understanding with experience in customer care and after-sales services.
  • Intercultural competence for working with international customers.
  • Practical project management experience.
  • Optional: Training as a certifying staff or CAT mechanic.
  • Analytical skills and a systematic working approach.
  • Excellent communication skills in native language and English, with customer-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Knowledge of certification, documentation, and processes in the aviation industry, especially seating, is advantageous.
