As we expand our compact loader product line, we are looking for an experienced Structural Expert Engineer specializing in cab design to help us deliver high-performance, safe, and compliant operator environments.

As a Structural Expert Engineer in Cab Design, you will take ownership of the structural development of operator cabs, from concept through to production. Your in-depth understanding of international regulations and customer requirements in Europe and North America will ensure that our cabs meet the highest standards for safety, ergonomics, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the structural design, development, and validation of operator cabs for compact loaders.
• Drive the complete cab development process across multiple stages: concept, design, testing, certification, and production ramp-up.
• Ensure compliance with relevant global standards and regional regulations (ISO, EN, SAE, OSHA, etc.).
• Interpret and integrate market-specific customer requirements, particularly for EU and North American applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, ergonomics, styling) to achieve optimal design integration.
• Perform structural analysis and support testing related to ROPS/FOPS/OPS and vibration/comfort.
• Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
• Support the development of internal design standards and engineering best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other team members.
• Travel regularly to China for collaboration with local engineering and production teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering machinery cab development, with successful leadership in at least two cab projects for the EU or North American market.
• Strong expertise in international cab safety standards and certification processes (ISO/EN/SAE/OSHA).
• Solid understanding of customer expectations and design trends in Europe and North America.
• Experience in structural simulation (FEA) and interpretation of test results.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional design projects from concept to production.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a global team environment.
