Personal Coordinator/Shift Planner (m/w/d)

In close cooperation and coordination with the second personnel coordinator, you will cover the following tasks and fields of activity in day shift work:

  1. Coordination of personnel requirements (personnel deployment planning): Ensuring defined shift strengths, creating the entire vacation and shift planning, personnel deployment planning of the production area, creating and passing on absence documents, time corrections, handling of the time recording system and the annoyance allowances according to BV.
  2. Employee qualification: Creating and updating the qualification matrix, initiating and, if necessary, implementing qualification measures in consultation with the manager and the shift supervisors, as well as evaluating the measures including the initial instruction.
  3. Disciplinary management of parts of the employees of the rotating shift: Planning and implementation of regular employee appraisals, logging and passing on, conducting critical discussions, preparation of labor law measures.
  4. Personnel support: Maintaining contact with employees through tours and discussions, supporting employees, participation in company health management.
  5. Preparation of a long-term personnel requirements plan: Deviation and requirement analyses for personnel deployment.
  6. Interface function: Acting as a link between HR department and rotating shift staff.

Your profile:

  1. Commercial training (ideally with a focus on HR management) or technical training with relevant experience in the areas of shift planning and employee management, possibly in the area of qualification.
  2. High social and leadership skills.
  3. Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  4. Ability to deal with conflict, strong communication skills, high resilience.
  5. Entrepreneurial thinking and good computer skills.
