Lead Consultant AI (Ref : IgLWy)

We are looking to recruit for our client, a leading consulting and IT services company at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge technologies into practical, real-world applications, for the position of Lead Consultant AI to join our client's team.

As a Lead Consultant, you will focus on optimizing our clients' core processes and leveraging their current technologies to achieve the best results. You will be at the forefront of developing AI strategies that support and advance our clients' business goals.

Responsibilities :

1. Strategic consulting: Advise clients on developing and implementing AI strategies aligned with their business objectives.
2. Project management: Manage the entire project lifecycle, from requirements analysis and modeling to implementation and presentation of results.
3. Innovative solutions: Identify new applications of data science and AI for our clients.
4. Customer relationships: Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and serve as the main point of contact for data-related issues.
5. Knowledge transfer: Promote knowledge sharing within the team and support the professional development of team members.
6. Quality assurance: Ensure all data analyses and models meet high-quality standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications :

1. Professional experience: Several years in data science or AI, preferably in consulting, with proven success in leading projects and teams.
2. Analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights, with knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning, data visualization, cloud platforms, and AI architecture.
3. Project management: Experience managing projects within schedules and budgets.
4. Strong communication skills: Full professional proficiency in German and English; capable of conveying complex issues clearly and presenting to executives and clients.
5. Teamwork: Strong leadership and collaboration skills in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment.
6. Customer focus: High service orientation and responsiveness to client needs.
