Partner Manager (all genders)
As a Partner Manager (all genders), you will be responsible for partner acquisition, maintaining partner relationships, and growing indirect sales revenue. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Your mission
- Build and maintain positive, productive long-term partner relationships (potential and current).
- Maintain open and regular communication with partners, collaborate on joint initiatives, and internally address any issues or concerns.
- Support the development of our partner strategy and program.
- Develop new business with our partners.
- Negotiate and manage contracts.
- Generate order income and revenue via partners.
- Handle initial technical order clarification until handover to Sales Engineering.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, product development, and marketing to align partner programs with business goals.
Your profile
- Ideally at least 2 years of experience as a partner (sales) manager, sales account manager, sales engineer, or relevant role.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office.
- Experience delivering customer-focused solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Degree in business administration, sales, industrial engineering, or relevant field.
