Your Role
- Be part of our global sustainability team and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Discover new opportunities to automate data collection, processing, and reporting to enhance business insights, accountability, and strategic decision-making.
- Work with the Packaging and Circularity teams and Henkel IT to define use cases and desired outcomes for internal digital products.
- Bridge needs and expertise between Packaging and Circularity teams, Henkel IT, and business stakeholders to align on long-term digital product goals and create roadmaps.
- Prepare reports and technical documentation for training and audit purposes.
- Support ESG initiatives through advocacy efforts with internal and external stakeholders.
Your Skills
- Master’s degree in Data Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of professional experience focusing on data science and sustainability.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., R, Python, SQL) for data modeling and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI).
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, disclosure methodologies, and reporting standards for packaging and circularity is a plus.
- Creative thinking with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and collaborate effectively.
- Experience in creating clear documentation for training and audits.
- Excellent communication skills and business fluency in English.
