Your Role

• Be part of our global sustainability team and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Discover new opportunities to automate data collection, processing, and reporting to enhance business insights, accountability, and strategic decision-making.
• Work with the Packaging and Circularity teams and Henkel IT to define use cases and desired outcomes for internal digital products.
• Bridge needs and expertise between Packaging and Circularity teams, Henkel IT, and business stakeholders to align on long-term digital product goals and create roadmaps.
• Prepare reports and technical documentation for training and audit purposes.
• Support ESG initiatives through advocacy efforts with internal and external stakeholders.

Your Skills

• Master’s degree in Data Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of professional experience focusing on data science and sustainability.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., R, Python, SQL) for data modeling and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI).
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, disclosure methodologies, and reporting standards for packaging and circularity is a plus.
• Creative thinking with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and collaborate effectively.
• Experience in creating clear documentation for training and audits.
• Excellent communication skills and business fluency in English.
