The Position:

A Senior Manager is required to contribute to our IP and drive digital transformation offerings to the market. You will lead client relationships and consulting teams from project planning to execution, with a focus on digitization transformation. Strong intrapersonal management skills and operational knowledge are essential.

Candidate Profile:

• Solid knowledge and expertise in Digital Transformation, especially in Robotic Process Automation solutions
• Extensive understanding of business process transformation in areas like Controlling, Accounting, Procurement, HR, Shared Services, and Business Process Outsourcing
• Management experience, analytical skills, and strong team orientation
• Experience in developing client solutions and operational models

Responsibilities:

• Managing consulting teams to deliver client projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Supporting issue resolution critical to client success
• Providing technical and functional expertise
• Assisting with solution implementation
• Presenting conclusions and recommendations to senior management
• Developing engagement deliverables and managing client relationships
• Leading and mentoring junior staff

• Experience with business systems solutions and finance system deployment
• Awareness of market trends and program management lifecycle
