Job Title : FTTH Installation and Management Personnel (NE4 Team)

Location : Germany (specific city based on project requirements)

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of FTTH (Fiber to the Home) projects in Germany, ensuring smooth network connectivity for users.
• Perform fiber optic cable laying, splicing, testing, and equipment installation according to NE4 project requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user network issues, providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the NE4 project team to complete construction plans and ensure timely project delivery.
• Communicate with users, address their inquiries, and provide professional advice on network usage.
• Regularly inspect and maintain fiber optic network equipment to ensure stable operation.
• Comply with local German safety regulations and construction standards to ensure safe and compliant operations.
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements :

• Education : Vocational school diploma or higher, preferably in telecommunications, computer networks, electronic information, or related fields.
• Work Experience :
• Prior experience in FTTH installation and maintenance is preferred.
• Experience in the German or European market is a plus.
• Training will be provided for candidates without experience, but a relevant technical background is required.

3.Technical Skills :

• Proficient in fiber optic splicing, cabling, and testing.
• Familiar with the installation and configuration of common network devices (e.g., optical modems, routers).
• Basic network troubleshooting skills.
• Language Requirements :
• Basic German communication skills (B1 level or above) to effectively communicate with users and team members.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.

5.Other Requirements :

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and team-oriented.
• Possession of German or EU-recognized certificates (e.g., electrician license, working-at-height certification) is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to outdoor working environments and perform physical tasks.
• Familiarity with German FTTH market standards and NE4 project requirements is a plus.
