Are you passionate about ensuring the quality and reliability of our suppliers’ products and services? Join our team and play a key role in monitoring important metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining high standards across our global supplier base.

Responsibilities

  1. Standardize our Supplier Quality Management Process (SQM) across different locations, ensuring compliance with preventive actions, technical specifications, and supplier qualification standards through active collaboration.
  2. Supervise key metrics related to supplier quality, collaborate with quality management teams, and conduct supplier audits globally, following up on corrective actions.
  3. Initiate and lead the SQM community to facilitate knowledge sharing and lessons learned among suppliers.
  4. Implement standardized supplier qualification processes with the procurement team and ensure all suppliers have Quality Assurance Agreements in place, addressing any gaps collaboratively.
  5. Support sustainability initiatives and drive digitalization in SQM.
  6. Assist in supplier qualification for project-based solutions.

Qualifications

  1. Extensive experience in Supplier Quality Management and/or Quality Management.
  2. Certified auditor according to VDA 6.3 or equivalent, with a master’s degree in electrical engineering or similar.
  3. Knowledge of core quality methods like FMEA and VSM, familiar with industry standards and best practices.
  4. Experience working with cross-functional global networks, strong interpersonal skills, and strategic thinking.
  5. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in English and German.
