EDA Solution Engineer - Sales & Applications

We are looking for a passionate EDA Solution Engineer to join our dynamic team of Sales & Applications experts. In this role, you will collaborate with engineers, researchers, and customers to provide best-in-class solutions for high-speed digital and RF / microwave designs .

Key Responsibilities include :

• Partner with customers to provide technical expertise and innovative solutions in RF Component / System Design, Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, SERDES, or Memory Design .
• Support EDA tool integration and optimization for cutting-edge electronic and semiconductor designs .
• Assist customers in their best practice adopting the software tools and optimize their success within customer’s design flows.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product enhancements.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing , fostering inclusivity and innovation in our global community.

Required Qualifications :

• An extroverted, proactive mindset with strong customer engagement skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills , with the ability to confidently present, persuade, and build relationships.
• Several years of hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas :
• RF Component or RF System Design
• Signal Integrity / Power Integrity
• SERDES Design
• Memory Design
• Applications Engineering
• Strong knowledge of RF & High-Speed Digital, RF / Microwave, or Electronic System Level Design concepts.
• Proficiency with Keysight EDA tools (ADS, SystemVue) or equivalent industry-standard EDA tools.
• A self-starter attitude , comfortable with outreach and initiating customer interactions.

Desired Qualifications :

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Deep expertise in High-Speed Digital Design & Verification .
• Proven experience in Design Engineering, Application Engineering, or Customer Interaction .
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and support colleagues , fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace

Location & Relocation Requirements

• We welcome applications from candidates across Europe ; however, this role requires relocation to Germany . While the position is remote-friendly , candidates must be based or willing to relocate within Germany to be eligible.
