Mission

Join our dynamic team in Munich as a Back Office and Executive Assistant. MERMEC Deutschland is a dynamic and growing company in the rail sector. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and enjoy a variety of responsibilities, in a business unit in growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the executive management team
  • Coordinate and organize appointments, meetings, and business trips
  • Prepare and follow up on meetings and presentations
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting them to the appropriate departments
  • Maintain and update databases and document management systems
  • Assist in creating reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Organize internal and external events
  • Handle inquiries and correspondence, both internally and externally
  • Manage office supplies and office infrastructure
  • Perform general office coordination and organization
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in back office or executive assistance is advantageous
  • Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to work
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
  • Very good German language skills (written and spoken), English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High discretion and responsibility Ability to work independently and reliably
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt quickly to new tasks and requirements
