About the job
This role specifically focuses on autonomous vehicle technologies for EMEAI customers. Be responsible for the development of AV portfolio related business plans and strategic customer engagements to support sales in designated market segments and ensure customer success - the heart of our Keysight Leadership Model.

Responsibilities
- Identify and drive AV opportunities to grow the AV business, penetrate the market and gain market share.
- Find and develop strategic and emerging customers to build partnerships, cultivate, and maintain relationships with business partners at all levels.
- Analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities (Autonomous Driving, Connected Car, etc.), develop strategic directions from market information/indications, and create compelling market analysis presentations.
- Act as the interface between customers and the Automotive and Energy Solution Business Unit.
- Lead sales engagements and business development projects requiring coordination with other functions, customers, and third parties.
- Develop and execute NPI strategies and share knowledge and insights with stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Strong relevant work experience with a focus on Automotive applications (e.g., In-vehicle networks, Connected Car) in a customer-focused environment.
- Deep understanding of and a good network into the Automotive ecosystem (Chipset Manufacturers, OEMs, Tier 1s, System Integrators) from R&D to Manufacturing.
- Proven knowledge in automotive sensor technology such as LiDAR, RADAR, cameras, etc., from component to system level.
- Deep understanding of development processes according to the V-model including experiences in SiL, HiL, and ViL testing.
- Specific knowledge about Automotive standards for AV like NCAP and others.
- Ability to understand typical use cases and transform complex customer needs into end-to-end solutions.
- A customer-first, holistic, and solution-oriented mindset with a positive, sales-oriented attitude.
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree or higher in Electrical, Communication, Computer, Automotive, or related engineering fields.
Nice to have Qualifications
- Expertise in simulation, RF, mm-wave, and RADAR technology.
- Fluency in German is a significant advantage.
