What is your Day to Day Mission:

1. Strategic Portfolio Management: Own the strategic planning, execution, and lifecycle communication of the software product portfolio. You will manage everything from concept to market, ensuring every decision supports our long-term success.
2. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, R&D, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams to bring innovative product ideas to life, aligning efforts with our mission of transforming decision-making through aerial intelligence.
3. Roadmap Development: Create and refine product roadmaps that reflect innovative trends and strategic company goals, guiding our product strategy and keeping us competitive.
4. Market Insight & Competitiveness: Conduct market analyses, manage detailed requirements, and monitor emerging trends to keep our products agile and competitive.
5. Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with Product Marketing to design and execute effective go-to-market plans for product launches.
6. Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing enhancements to our products, aligning improvements with customer needs and technological advances.

What you bring to the team:

• Solid experience in product management within drone or software sectors.
• Strong commitment to customer-centric design and strategy.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and proactively embrace change.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to independently advance the software portfolio.
• Open, communicative, friendly, and competent attitude, considered as an internal expert.
• Fluent in English.
