Role Overview

As a Senior Software Developer Backend API, you will develop and maintain backend APIs using Java or .NET, supporting application integration and API management. You will be involved in the entire API lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment, and will help establish API as a product approach, building scalable and reliable integration architectures for hybrid cloud applications.

Responsibilities

1. Develop backend APIs with Java or .NET for application integration.
2. Manage the entire API process, from analysis to deployment, within our integration projects for diverse clients.
3. Assist in establishing an API-centric development approach, 'API as a Product.'
4. Design scalable and reliable integration architectures for cloud applications.
5. Develop integration solutions using modern interfaces and API management tools.

Qualifications

1. Completed IT-related education or degree.
2. At least 5 years of experience in backend API development and familiarity with CI/CD processes.
3. Knowledge of modern cloud and container architectures, preferably Kubernetes.
4. Solution-oriented mindset, team player, responsible.
5. Proficient in German and English communication skills.
