We are a beauty start-up founded in 2020 and located in the heart of Berlin. Our team is made of over 90 brilliant human beings who came from all over the world to actively write Yepoda’s story.
We are currently looking for a Junior Influencer Marketing Manager to support our influencer marketing efforts and drive our expansion into the US market. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of relevant experience who is eager to deepen their expertise and grow their career in Influencer Marketing.
Researching and identifying potential influencers for collaboration.
Managing relationships with influencers, their agencies, and our brand.
Help with the briefing process, ensuring influencers align with our expectations.
Negotiate partnerships, focusing on performance and budget considerations.
Contribute to the execution of our Influencer Marketing strategy to support revenue growth.
Assist in analysing campaign performance, tracking relevant KPIs, and preparing reports.
Take ownership of essential operational tasks to ensure smooth execution and operational excellence throughout the entire influencer collaboration process.
Strong understanding of the US influencer landscape, with hands-on experience in the American market or a background that includes living in the US, offering familiarity with local trends.
You graduated from studies in Marketing, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, and/or Marketing, preferably in Influencer Marketing.
Proficient in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven track record of achieving revenue KPI's/targets.
You are focused on results, can think creatively, and have strong communication and negotiation skills.
You are comfortable handling operational and repetitive tasks, bring a go-getter and hands-on attitude, and stay motivated even during routine processes.
Passion for beauty, numbers & social media (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube).
Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets etc.).
