Job Description:

Control the compliance of the preventive and protective measures described by the Company’s health and safety plan. During the manufacturing process, check whether these are effective or not. Carry out the organization and control of environmental topics such as waste, emissions, chemical products, natural resources consumption, as well as participate in HSE improvement projects.

TASKS:

  • Coordinate and control HSE systems during the manufacturing process
  • Develop strategies to ensure safety during the production of concrete structures, following existing regulations
  • Ensure manufacturing processes follow HSE guidelines and influence compliance
  • Ensure rules and quality control are followed on site
  • Detect anomalies or deficiencies related to occupational health and safety
  • Investigate work accidents and report them to the appropriate manager
  • Supervise environmental processes and promote compliance

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Certified Occupational Health and Safety Specialist
  • Experience in precast concrete manufacturing processes and quality control
  • Qualification in HSE coordination and advanced HSE software skills
  • Knowledge of construction techniques (materials, systems, processes)
  • Knowledge of country HSE laws and ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
  • Availability to travel, as the position requires being on site at various locations
