The Bosch Thermotechnik GmbH is looking forward to your application!

  • Be a part of our team and prepare as well as analyze quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS for the Home Comfort (HC) subgroup.
  • You oversee the complete consolidation process including intercompany eliminations, capital/debt consolidation, profit elimination and recognition of subgroup items.
  • Furthermore, you stay updated on changes in IFRS accounting standards. You implement and interpret IFRS Bosch Group guidelines for the Home Comfort subgroup and ensure compliance in the consolidation process.
  • In addition, you take the full responsibility for a set of IFRS standards for the Home Comfort subgroup and review as well as approve material journal entries.
  • Also, you serve as the main contact for external auditors and internal departments across all Home Comfort companies, both national and international in own area of responsibility.
  • You identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in the consolidation as well as reporting process and implement best practices and enhancements to streamline consolidation activities.
  • Moreover, you optimize the consolidation system to support efficient consolidation processes and collaborate with the finance as well as IT teams to implement best practices and enhancements to streamline consolidation activities.
  • Last but not least, you provide technical accounting guidance to the HC finance community for IFRS and assist with projects focused on IFRS financial reporting as well as consolidation.
  • Education: degree (Bachelor/Master) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
  • Experience and Knowledge: several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position with very good IFRS accounting knowledge; very good knowledge of consolidation tools (e.g., OneStream, Hyperion Financial Management, SAP BCS, S/4 Group Reporting), SAP-FI, MS Office (esp. Excel)
  • Personality and Working Practice: thanks to your excellent communication skills, you are a valued team member; you understand what it means to take responsibility and act in a solution-oriented manner; your analytical and reliable way of working makes it easy for you to keep an eye on all issues even under time pressure; your openness means you can be deployed flexibly
  • Enthusiasm: affinity for numbers, enjoy working in an international team with challenging and complex issues as well as affinity for IT, particularly for consolidation tools
  • Languages: very good in English
