Your tasks:

• Requirements engineering: recording and evaluating requirements from the various departments to optimize our business processes or introduce new systems
• Technical conception: Creation of requirements/realization concepts for the efficient implementation of topics
• Project management: Management and reporting of IT projects including management of interdisciplinary project teams (internal/external) for the economic implementation of our projects
• Processes & tools: Development and maintenance of requirements and project management processes
• Stakeholder management: central interface between IT, specialist departments, external partners and management

Your profile:

• Completed studies with a focus on information technology or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT project management/requirements engineering and knowledge of various project management methods (agile/classical)
• Analytical skills to present complex issues in a structured and target group-oriented manner
• Solid IT know-how and understanding of infrastructure and software projects
• Clear and goal-oriented communication and the ability to mediate in difficult situations
• Hands-on mentality
• German (C1) and English (B2) spoken and written skills
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable
