Position Type : Full-Time / Hybrid (2–3 days onsite)

About the Role :

  • We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Communication Executive to bring a home appliance brand to life in the German-speaking market. Based in Leipzig, this role is responsible for the local execution of our brand and communication strategy across digital and offline channelsز
  • You will act as the brand guardian on the ground, ensuring all localized content, campaigns, and marketing activities are executed in alignment with our central brand strategy. Working closely with the Brand Strategist, you will support the development and implementation of marketing plans that reflect the brand's voice and values—while adapting them to resonate with local consumersز
  • This is a pivotal role for a detail-oriented communicator who understands both strategic alignment and operational excellence in a fast-paced environmentز

Key Responsibilities

Brand Communication Execution

  • Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with our brand strategy and visual identity, in close coordination with the Brand Strategist
  • Lead the adaptation and execution of marketing communication materials for the German market (e.g., packaging, manuals, POS materials, video scripts, etc.
  • Manage localization of content, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies and translation partners for high-quality production of marketing.

2. Marketing Campaign Support (ATL &BTL)

  • Coordinate the local rollout of ATL campaigns (TV, radio, print, digital) as defined by the Brand Strategist and agency partners.
  • Manage BTL initiatives including in-store activations, retail branding, events, and trade shows.
  • Supervise on-site implementation to ensure consistency in messaging, design, and execution standards.

3. Social Media & Digital Engagement

  • Work with internal and external teams to localize and publish social media content on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Ensure all digital content is adapted appropriately for the local audience while preserving brand tone and messaging.
  • Monitor campaign performance and share insights with the Brand Strategist for optimization.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the local marketing liaison for sales teams, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Support product launches with marketing collateral and ensure alignment between product features and promotional messages.
  • Facilitate communication between HQ and local stakeholders to ensure the timely execution of marketing activities.
  • Write, edit, and localize content in German, including product descriptions, advertising copy, event materials, and packaging.
  • Review and validate all produced materials to meet quality standards and brand guidelines before final approval by the Brand Strategist.

6. Event & Trade Show Coordination :

  • Assist in the planning and execution of brand events, trade fairs, and customer experiences in the region.
  • Coordinate logistics with suppliers, venues, and agencies to ensure smooth execution.
  • Work closely with approved creative and media agencies to deliver content and campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Monitor production quality (print, video, digital) and ensure all outputs meet brand requirements.

8. Performance Monitoring &Reporting

  • Track the performance of marketing campaigns and digital content, compiling regular reports for the Brand Strategist.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data, market trends, and competitor activity .

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing communications, ideally in consumer electronics, appliances, or a related industry.
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Solid understanding of marketing execution, localization processes, and content adaptation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CMS tools and social media management platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
  • Able to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders with professionalism.
  • Creative thinker with an operational mindset.
