Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to define, design, and implement new features.
• Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of web modules for our open source collaboration platform.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Engage with the open source community and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the plattform.
• Provide support and guidance to other team members and community contributors.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in your respective field, with a strong understanding of relevant technologies and practices.
• For developers: proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant web frameworks.
• Experience with open source development and a deep understanding of the open source community and its workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating high-quality user experiences.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with version control systems.
• A proactive mindset and a drive to continuously learn and improve.

Preferred:

• Experience with collaborative tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of modern development practices and technologies.
• Contributions to existing open source projects.
• For non-developers: experience in moderation, support, or project management roles.
