Konstantin Erkenswick, our Head of Technical Support, is looking to strengthen the team with a talented Junior Technical Support Engineer (full-time maternity leave replacement for 1.5 years, with potential extension) in Karlsruhe, working in a hybrid-remote setup for third-line support.
As a Junior Technical Support Engineer, you will handle third-line technical inquiries via chat, email, and calls, providing professional solutions. After training and shadowing experienced colleagues, you will learn to resolve technical issues, translate customer needs into solutions, and proactively suggest improvements. You will collaborate with engineering and sales teams to meet customer needs and contribute to product development.
