Solution Architect (gn) Service Automation Platform

Pensum: Full-time | Working model: remote or hybrid | Contract: permanent

Primary responsibilities include:

1. Architecting the Services Automation Platform Solution, including custom-developed apps like Configure Price Quote (CPQ) System, Price Book App, Solution Catalog App, and Automation Middleware within the service landscape.
2. Collaborating with stakeholders such as business teams, process designers, and development teams.
3. Ensuring operational requirements like performance, security, and usability are defined and met.
4. Presenting and documenting solution designs.
5. Guiding development teams to implement your designs.
6. Aligning your designs with the overall IT strategy.

Qualifications and skills:

• Deep understanding of Cloud Environments (Azure Cloud), focusing on PaaS, including Serverless compute, API Management, and Storage.
• Strong know-how in Web-API Design (OpenAPI) in a distributed environment.
• Practical knowledge in custom software development, including the Microsoft .NET (C#) and Angular stack.

Your key abilities:

• Identify and balance technical debt with new feature development.
• Problem-solving using logic and creativity, anticipating future issues.
• Analyzing data to identify patterns and draw conclusions.
• Applying agile practices to evolving architectures.

The ultimate plus:

• Business knowledge in the software services landscape.
• Expertise in Configure Price Quote (CPQ) Systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM), ERP systems, and ServiceNow (Project Management, CSM).
