Job Description:

Introduction: We set standards – also in employee satisfaction. As a team, we work on creating central concepts, system components, and international standards for our store appearance – from product perception, store setup, to personnel. We also collaborate closely with the countries to support them in all sales matters and to accompany new store openings locally. While you optimize the store appearance with us, you can look forward to optimal working conditions: collaboration at eye level and a lot of responsibility are standard for us.

Your Tasks: As a Country Manager Self-Scanning (m/f/d), you will manage and support the entire project and rollout of Self-Scanning in the countries. This includes conducting Fit / Gap analyses, defining country-specific software/hardware requirements, preparing IT requirements, testing new features, training colleagues, managing rollouts, coordinating marketing activities, supporting pilot phases, and acting as the main contact for your assigned countries.

Your Profile: First experience in country support or working with international teams, a degree in business administration or similar, IT affinity, good communication skills, independent and goal-oriented work style, proficiency in German and English, willingness to travel internationally (20-30%).
