Key Account Sales Manager – Europe

Base pay range

• Monthly salary: €5K–7K

• Annual performance bonus: €8K–15K (based on sales target achievement)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Sales Growth: Responsible for developing and maintaining customers in the European market (manufacturers, engineering companies, distributors), driving sales growth, and ensuring sales targets achieved.
2. Market Research & Strategic Support: Analyze market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor activities in Europe to provide valuable insights for the company’s business strategy.
3. Customer Relationship Management & Business Negotiation: Develop new customers and strengthen relationships with existing clients, manage business terms and contract negotiations, and oversee pricing and order management to ensure sustainable business growth.
4. Cross-Department Coordination & Customer Service: Coordinate internal teams to provide product technical support, track order delivery, and ensure after-sales service. Enhance customer satisfaction through trade shows, client visits, and regular commercial engagement.
5. Other tasks as assigned by management.

Key Requirements:

1. Familiar with the European LED lighting industry, with at least 3 years of sales experience in electronic components, LED driver preferred.
2. Native German speaker, fluent in English for professional communication, and holds a valid driver’s license.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver effective presentations.
4. Strong time management and interpersonal skills, passionate about sales, and highly self-motivated.
