Team Overview

The ROW DSP Management team works with various European countries to optimize our end-to-end relationships with the Delivery Service Providers (DSPs), focusing on providing best-in-class partnerships with our stakeholders across ROW. We are looking for a Sr. DSP Insights Manager who is ready to develop actionable, data-driven insights using various quantitative tools and core project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage our organization’s AWS account, including a data warehouse in Redshift, and oversee permissions structures such as IAM settings.
  2. Own reporting for strategic roadmaps by collaborating with business leaders; drive expansion and optimization of new business units in our DSP program.
  3. Develop and maintain performance dashboards with key metrics for review with senior leadership and business teams; synthesize large datasets to inform new initiatives.
  4. Onboard data to our data warehouse by building automated data pipelines using tools like Python in Lambda or Sagemaker for API calls.
  5. Use statistical techniques for strategic analysis; generate actionable insights; communicate recommendations effectively to senior leadership.
  6. Innovate new data analysis methods to identify trends and gaps in our delivery services.
  7. Partner with data engineers and analysts to automate tools that improve reporting quality.
  8. Collaborate with global teams to align reporting needs, set up, maintain, and own data pipelines.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience programming to extract, transform, and clean large data sets (multi-TB).
  • Proficiency in scripting for automation (e.g., Python) and expert SQL skills.
  • Experience administering AWS technologies.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Quicksight.
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate data into business insights.
  • Knowledge of data science, machine learning, data mining, and statistical analysis.
  • Understanding of design of experiments and analysis of results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect, or AWS Data Engineer certifications.
