About the Role

As a Data Analyst, you will be central to our data-driven decision-making process, analyzing complex datasets to support strategic business decisions. You will collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Develop and optimize global reports related to sales, purchasing, e-commerce, and financials.
  2. Translate business requirements into user-centric reports.
  3. Create clear visualizations and narratives from complex data.
  4. Analyze KPIs and present findings to senior staff.
  5. Train employees on Business Intelligence tools like PowerBI, including tutorials and workshops.
  6. Collaborate with the Data Engineering team and assist with minor tasks.
  7. Maintain data accuracy through validation and quality assurance processes.
  8. Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify trends and generate visual insights.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or Business Intelligence.
  • Proficiency with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), basic SQL, and programming languages like Python or R.
  • Strong analytical skills with business context understanding.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to exploring data.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English; German is a plus.
  • Team player with integrity and quick comprehension skills.
