Position: (Junior) Consultant Organizational Transformation and HR Strategy (m/f/d)

What we offer:

  • Guidance and leadership of challenging projects for our clients
  • Project durations ranging from a few consulting days to 1-2 years. Typically not full-time, allowing you to work on multiple projects simultaneously within client teams of 2-3 consultants
  • Approximately 70% of work is remote with clients, complemented by on-site collaboration and offline workshops
  • Challenges: Managing 3-5 parallel projects, steering client project teams effectively, moderating productive workshops, and managing explicit and implicit change within projects
  • Our clients come from various industries including logistics, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and services, ranging from international corporations to medium-sized enterprises. Regular interactions with department heads or executive management are involved.
  • Typical projects include supporting digitalization initiatives, organizational development, and efficiency improvements through HR process optimization

What you bring:

  • Completed master's degree, MBA, or PhD preferred
  • Initial experience in management consulting or similar roles
  • Ability to quickly understand complex contexts and communicate them clearly and appropriately
  • Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
  • Knowledge of French, Dutch, or Swedish is advantageous
  • Willingness to travel 30-60%, mainly within the DACH region
