Join our team as a graduate and become an application engineer for our Automated Test Equipment (ATE) systems. During our 18-months unique graduate program you will dive deep into the semiconductor and ATE industry. Together with peer graduates you will learn from experienced colleagues how to develop test solutions for leading edge semiconductors and deliver them to our international customers.

Our start date for the graduate program will be October 01, 2024.

• You will start your professional career at Advantest, a leading supplier of Semiconductor test systems
• You will be hired as a regular employee with an attractive salary and benefits
• During the first 18 months of your career, you will attend our dedicated, mentored graduate program.
• You will have a mentor who accompanies you in your professional and personal development throughout your entire journey
• For 18 months, this graduate program will give you the opportunity to learn about hard- and software development to interface ATE systems with a wide variety of different semiconductors.
• You will rotate between different technical areas (hardware/software)
• You will have the opportunity to stay abroad during project phases, while considering your personal interests
• After the 18-months graduate program you will be fully qualified as application engineer for our Semiconductor Test systems and continue as a permanent employee at Advantest

Your Qualifications

• University Degree in Electronic Engineering (bachelor or master) or equivalent related knowledge
• Fluent English (mandatory) and German (preferred) language skills
• High motivation for continuous learning in a technology environment
• Experience with C/C++
