Your role

In the role of Project Manager, you will plan for and ensure quality and timeliness of activities related to design, build, and implementation of work product. You will participate in requirements elicitation, analysis of architecture, create and review design, and contribute to activities related to estimation, staffing analysis & solutioning, and risk planning. You will act as a mentor and support the project team in developing optimized high-quality deliverables. Required qualifications

• German proficiency level of C1/C2 (Minimum) and ability to speak in English.
• Knowledge of multiple SDLC models.
• Knowledge of relevant quality and process frameworks like CMMi, ITIL.
• Knowledge of estimation methodologies to plan and meet project goals.
• Knowledge of different models of maintenance & support, SLA frameworks, transition processes, and portfolio analysis tools to select and implement the right model.
• Knowledge of change control processes & tools including traceability matrix to manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience in Mainframe environment: Cobol, DB2, JCL, VSAM, Rexx, CICS.
• Experience in transactional & batch programming.

Preferred qualifications

• PMP certification is a plus.
