We’re now looking for a driven, energetic, and German-speaking Territory Sales Manager to take ownership of our sales efforts across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland — from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and nurturing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :
Identify & Cultivate Prospects : Hunt down new opportunities within the leisure and entertainment industry, including ski resorts across Austria, leveraging our innovative portfolio of visitor products.
Consultative Sales Approach : Engage prospects with a relationship-driven sales strategy, understanding their unique needs to tailor solutions effectively.
Strategic Planning : Craft and execute territory sales plans that surpass revenue goals, ensuring our continued growth and success.
Brand Ambassadorship : Represent VENU+ with integrity and enthusiasm, bolstering brand awareness and driving sales through positive interactions.
Market Analysis : Dive deep into territory potential, assessing customer value and identifying opportunities for growth.
Proposal Development : Create compelling proposals and quotations, showcasing the value of our offerings to prospective customers.
Customer Reporting : Provide insightful reports on customer needs, competitor activity, and emerging market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
Event Participation : Take part in local and international trade shows, events, and conventions, networking with industry leaders and showcasing our solutions.
Installation & Maintenance Support : Assist with equipment installations and maintenance visits, ensuring seamless experiences for our clients.
Requirements :
Proven Sales Experience : 5 years of progressive B2B sales and relationship management experience, with a track record of success. Having a background in zoos, theme parks and ski resorts is beneficial.
Exceptional Communication : Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both German and English, facilitating effective interactions with clients and colleagues.
Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, providing a solid foundation for strategic sales endeavors.
Tech Savvy : Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, enabling efficient proposal development and reporting.
Independence & Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently from a home office and adapting to evolving challenges with ease.
Travel Commitment : Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory, in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
Driving License & Transportation : Access to own transportation and a full European driving license, enabling flexibility and mobility in your role.
