Jung von Matt NECKAR is seeking a Senior People & Culture Manager (d/f/m) for full- or part-time employment.

You should have a completed apprenticeship or university degree and several years of experience in a people-centered role. Fluency in German and very good English skills are required. You should combine high service orientation with a hands-on mentality and strong team spirit. We look forward to meeting you!
Your tasks:
- Support and guide team members throughout the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding.
- Develop and improve people-focused processes to bring clarity and structure to daily collaboration.
- Serve as a sparring partner for team leads and colleagues on all people-related topics.
- Ensure compliance with current labor, tax, and social security laws.
- Introduce new initiatives to make our culture more inclusive, resilient, and inspiring.
What you bring:
- Completed vocational or academic education with a focus on business, organization, or human resources.
- Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in dynamic, creative environments.
- Solid knowledge of employment-related legal frameworks (labor, tax, and social security law).
- Strong empathy, confidentiality, and communication skills.
- A structured, independent working style and a deep sense of responsibility.
- Enthusiasm for collaboration, innovative work practices, and building strong organizational cultures.
